Fantasia Barrino didn't intend to emit a cry for help when she attempted suicide earlier this month. What she intended to do was kill herself.

Her sobering sentiments are revealed in an episode of VH1's Behind the Music, airing tomorrow night. It marks quite the rapid-fire turnaround—both for the TV show's production team and for the singer herself, who thankfully is no longer in such a dark place.

"I didn't have any fight in me," she says. "I didn't care about anything. I just wanted out. At that moment I wanted out. I wanted it to be over with—all of it, all of that s--t."

Fantasia also made it clear that the ordeal was no accidental overdose...

Torch, an artist signed to Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group and member of Triple C's, has responded to a new Young Jeezy track titled "Death Before Dishonor."

The new track features Young Jeezy dropping verses over Rick Ross' "B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast) instrumental.

Jeezy's song contains several lines that many speculate are aimed at Rick Ross, for name checking incarcerated Black Mafia Family (B.M.F.) leader Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory.

An informant named William "Doc" Marshall, who handled the books for B.M.F told the F.B.I. that Young Jeezy was a close affiliate of Big Meech and that at one time, the rapper actually distributed cocaine in Atlanta.

Although Young Jeezy's song "Death Before Dishonor" doesn't name check Rick Ross lines like "How you Blowin’ Money Fast?/ You don’t know the crew/ Oh, you part of the fam?/ Sh**t I never knew/" are unmistakably directed at Rick Ross.

"Death Before Dishonor" was also allegedly B.M.F.'s main motto, giving the song's title meaning.

Torch stuck up for Rick Ross this morning (August 10th) via his @torchccc Twitter page.

"This Fa**et ass Rap Ni**a Sneak Dissing I Think Its Only Right We Start A Trending Topik Kalled #JeezywhyUmad," Torch tweeted.

The insults towards Jeezy got worse as Torch expressed his opinion on Jeezy's record.

"Ross Repped Harder 4Ya Fallen Komrads More Than U Ever Did Or Ever Wud Have," Torch said of the 150-plus B.M.F members who were locked up after a federal investigation uncovered the group was moving thousands of kilos of cocaine per week.

"BMF the Biggest Rekord in the Kountry & Even tho that's the name of Ya Krew Yo Lame ass Kouldnt kome up with That," Torch tweeted. "GU€€I went in Jail Hotter Than U Kame Home & He Still Hotter Than U & Now His lil Ni**a Waka Hotter in the Streetz than U2."

At press time, it is unclear where Big Meech stands on Rick Ross' song, "B.M.F. (Blowing Money Fast).

"I don't know who all these phonies running around but you will be checked about misrepresentation," Big Meech stated.

Meech's Black Mafia Family drug gang allegedly sold almost $300 million worth of coke from 1990-2005, along with his brother, Terry "Southwest T" Flenory.

In interviews, Rick Ross stated Big Meech liked the song, a sentiment confirmed by Big Meech's mother, Ms. Lucille Flenory.

“One of our friends in the ATL played the song for Meech over the phone and he listened to the song and he really loved it,” Ms. Flenory stated. “He appreciated the song. He said the guys in prison were ranting and raving about the song.”

Big Meech and his brother Terry "Southwest T" Flenory are each serving 30 years in prison for their role as leaders of B.M.F.

Rapper T.I., 29, traded in his player's card, wedding longtime girlfriend, singer, and reality show star Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, 35, twice. Cottle was a member of hit '90s group Xscape.

The couple wed Friday at a courthouse in Miami Beach, and exchanged their vows a second time Saturday at an elaborate ceremony with family and friends on Star Island, home of Shaquille O'Neal, Julio Iglesias, and Gloria Estefan according to Us Magazine. Cottle wore Valentino, and T.I. wore a Prada tuxedo.

Cottle had a star-studded bridal court including Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss (also a member of Xscape), her Tiny And Toya co-star Antonia "Toya" Carter, and singer Monica, AccessAtlanta reported.

Usher Raymond, Jermaine Dupri, TLC's Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas, Bow Wow, Nelly, Ashanti, and Trina reportedly attended the service officiated by former Atlanta mayor Andrew Young.

The wedding began with El DeBarge singing several songs. Cottle walked down the isle to a bridal processional sang by Jamie Foxx.

They arrived to the wedding reception in a horse-drawn carriage.

The newlyweds have two children, and the hip-hop mogul has three additional kids from previous relationships.

Apparently, T.I., born Clifford Harris, Jr., was hinting about their then-impending blessed union in his new song "Got Your Back" featuring Keri Hilson.

"No matter what may occur in life, every day with her is like a plus/I'mma love her until she be like that's enough," he raps. The lyrics even suggest making a toast to their future. Tiny makes an appearance at the end of the video, prompting a bright smile from T.I.

The video appears to be influenced by aspects of their relationship. Actors portray a woman going to court with her significant other and visiting him in jail. T.I. was released from prison in December after serving 7 months for weapons charges.

RALEIGH, N.C. – Protesters and police scuffled Tuesday at a school board meeting in North Carolina over claims that a new busing system would resegregate schools, roiling racial tensions reminiscent of the 1960s.

Nineteen people were arrested, including the head of state NAACP chapter who was banned from the meeting after a trespassing arrest at a June school board gathering.

"We know that our cause is right," the Rev. William Barber said shortly before police put plastic handcuffs on his wrists before the meeting started.

Inside, more than a dozen demonstrators disrupted the meeting by gathering around a podium, chanting and singing against the board's policies.

After several minutes, Raleigh police intervened and asked them to leave. When they refused, the officers grabbed arms and tried to arrest the protesters. One child was caught in the pushing and shoving, as was school board member Keith Sutton, who was nearly arrested before authorities realized who he was.

"Hey, hey, ho, ho, resegregation has got to go," some protesters chanted.

Sutton said he went into the crowd to try and calm things down and encourage officers not to use such strong force. He said he felt insulted that he almost got arrested and believes the officer who tried to detain him owes him an apology.

"I'm just real dismayed and disappointed," Sutton said.

The Wake County School Board has voted multiple times over the last several months to scrap the district's diversity policy, which distributed students based on socioeconomics and for years had been a model for other districts looking to balance diversity in schools. Several school board members elected last year have built a majority in favor of focusing on neighborhood schools.

The board's chairman, Ron Margiotta, said the panel would not be distracted in its effort to "provide choice and increased stability for families."

"This board does not intend to create high poverty or low-performing schools," he said to scoffs from the crowd.

At a morning rally that drew 1,000 people, speakers quoted Martin Luther King Jr., remembered the days of segregated water fountains and likened the current situation to the landmark Brown v. Board of Education battle. Barber talked about America's legacy of racial strife to galvanize the crowd.

"Too many prayers were prayed," Barber said. "Too many lives were sacrificed. Too much blood was shed. Too many tears were shed. We can't turn back now."

Barber's supporters believe the new policy will resegregate schools. They carried signs that read: "Segregate equals hate" and "History is not a mystery. Separate is always unequal."

George Ramsay, a white former student body president of Enloe High School, said it was necessary to keep the diversity policy in place to prepare students for an increasingly connected world.

"It is shortsighted to ignore the way students like me have been enriched by diversity," Ramsay said.
